I have always enjoyed spicy foods and have always cooked with
a few of the basic spices, however, my wife helped open my eyes
to the world of spices. Now I experiment with a lot of different
things.

Preparation
Chop Green Onion and set aside. Fry the bacon until crisp, crumble and set aside. Using the olive oil, fry the steaks and cut to bit size adn set aside. Using the same olive oil you used for the steaks, saute the green onions, garlic, mushrooms and shrimp. Now add the rice and fry it until it is well browned. You may need to add another tbs of olive oil at this point to fry the rice. Once the rice is a nice brown color, add the steak, the chicken broth and the Soy Sause. Bring to a boil and reduce heat. Cook over medium heat until the rice absorbs all the liquid (about 20 minutes). Next move everything over to one side of the pan and scrample 3 eggs in the open space. Once the eggs are scrambled, mix it all together. Sprinkle the bacon on top and serve.
